Customer Data. Datasets, research files, experimental results, and other scientific data you upload to the Services. We process this solely to deliver the Services.
Usage Data. Prompts, queries, instructions, chat history, and technical data generated during your use of the Services, including performance metrics, error logs, usage patterns, and support communications. Usage Data does not include Customer Data or Outputs.
Outputs. Analyses, reports, and other results generated by the Services from your Customer Data. Outputs are your property as described in our Terms of Service.
How We Use Your Information
We use collected information for the following purposes:
To provide the Services. We process your Customer Data to generate Outputs, maintain your account, and deliver the platform functionality.
To maintain and improve the Services. We may use Customer Data, Outputs, and Usage Data to monitor performance, fix bugs, and improve the platform, including to enhance, train, and improve our AI systems, except to the extent that you opt out through your account settings or by contacting team@theorema.ai. Even if you opt out, we may use your content for model improvement when (1) you provide feedback regarding any content, or (2) your content is flagged for safety review.
To communicate with you. We respond to support requests, send service-related notices, and (with your consent) send product updates.
To ensure security. We detect and prevent fraud, unauthorized access, and other harmful activity.
To comply with law. We meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
What We Do NOT Do
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We do not use your data for advertising or consumer profiling.
